Will my face swell up or not?

My pony reared with me today and as I had no stirrups or reins, I was thrown forward and whacked the right hand side of my face on his neck but then my thoughts went a little. When he came back down I had a small nosebleed and my face has split a little just below my eye, and bruised along my cheekbone and it seemed to be huge, but when I got home it hadn't got that big. Will it get any bigger? I have school tomorrow, that's all! Thanks :)
