Can you please help me out, teen guy at the gym, need advice pls?

I'm 16 , 5'10, between 165 and 170 lbs. Im a GUY btw lol. Anyways, I want to lose like 10 pounds, and mainly just tone up., I just have some lower belly fat, love handles, and some bum fat, its mostly on mybelly, its not a lot, but it still covers my abs up. I;ve decided to go the gym and use my membership lol, and each day work 2 muscle groups, and go for 4-5 days a week. I mainly want to lose my fat and lower my body fat percentage, and get lean and ripped at the same time, but not huge. Tomorow I am going to work on my chest and triceps, then run for 15-20 mins on the treadmill, and maybe play some ball after. However, what are the best exercises for the chest and triceps, and how many reps should I do to tone up and lose my fat. Is my plan good? I want to lose 10 pounds and get abs and a nice lean physique by September 1st, do you think I can do it? thanks
