What water type should i get next in Pokemon Ruby?

Just beat 3rd gym.....My team:Grovyle,31 Kirlia,29 Machop,20(in training).I think feebas is to hard to evolve because I dont know where to get the right berries.Or you could tell me where to get the right berries, if you think milotic.
