I am starting to go to a gym and all I want to do is get a nice looking ripped body. I really care about my upper body so can somebody tell me some good exercises to do at the gym that will make me look great. I'm nowhere near fat. Also I heard that benchpressing is a very good workout but does it work my pectorials or just puff out my chest and make me look well fat. I don't want that unless it works out my pectorials.
