Am I going to the gym long enough for good results?

It's not time spent at the gym,it's what you do with the time that gets the results,only hard work will get you what you desire,also it's quality of your training not just quantity.food and diet are big factors,put rubbish into yourself,you get bad results,and stay off all the drug crap that serounds fitness these days.Be natural.not forced.okay good luck keep up good work.remember you only get out as much as your willing to put in.and don't overdoo it okay.
