What should i do about Pearly Penile Papules and Fordcyde's spots?

hello their, i am a 16 year old male and ive got these two problems in the lower region ..fordcyde's spots (i also have these in my mouth!) and Pearly Penile Papules (google for images) , i have been to my doctor about these and he said their was no problem and their completely harmless, but seeing as im 16 and these problems are denting my confidence around girls im not sure thats to psychologically healthy is it?, i eat a healthy diet, i go to the gym 3 days a week and i take extra vitemins and i have good hygiene so its not to do with anything like that (i should think), im starting college after summer and i dont want to be missing out, any help would be muchly appreciated , thanks :)
