If i run for 30 min everyday will i loose weight?
i go to the gym everyday and i run for 30 min on the tredmil and then 10 min on the arc trainer. i would like to lose stomach and thigh fat. will this help? and i know my diet will play a big part...so what should i eat and stay away from??
